Sarcastic Summary of Dante's Inferno DI Summary 12 minutes

Read Around Powerpoint for background on Dante's Inferno-take notes.

Get into partner groups-Choose someone that you have never worked with before in class.  Take a photo of your assigned slide.  Be prepared to present your slide in a unique manner so that the students in class will remember it and understand it.  Presentations will begin at the beginning of the period tomorrow.  Each 1 minute presentation will be worth 5 points per person and each bullet point on your notes will be worth one point.  All Power Point notes on Dante will be due when the presentations are completed (Thursday 1/28/16).

Extra Credit explanation (5 points per day) for any student who can show a map, play a song, or describe something in detail under 5 minutes about the Canto that the class read for homework the previous night.  You must be well rehearsed and be able to navigate the Smartboard quickly (so practice on your tablet before you do it in front of the class).  No student can get 5 points twice unless every student in the class has presented for extra credit.

2. Read your LC book and prepare for presentation due on February 9.
3. Check out a copy of Dante's Inferno from the library.
4. Be prepared to present your slide on Wednesday at the beginning of the period.
